2. Hosting & Infrastructure

This website is hosted via Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Cloudflare processes technically necessary data (IP address, timestamps, browser information) to deliver the website and protect against attacks (DDoS protection). 3. Automatically Collected Data (Server Logs)

When you visit our website, the following data is automatically collected:

• IP address (anonymized)
• Date and time of access
• URL accessed
• Referrer (previously visited page)
• Browser and operating system

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Retention period: 30 days, then automatic deletion.

Google Analytics 4 & Microsoft Clarity: Only with your consent via our cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) do we load Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) with IP anonymization and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corp.) to understand website usage and improve content. Data may be transferred to the USA (safeguarded by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie banner.

6. Newsletter & Email Marketing

We offer a free newsletter and lead magnets on our website. We collect your email address upon registration.

Provider: MailerLite (UAB MailerLite, J. Basanavičiaus 15, LT-03108 Vilnius, Lithuania). Your email address is transmitted to and stored by MailerLite. MailerLite is GDPR-compliant. More information: MailerLite Privacy Policy.

Transmission: Sign-up happens via forms on our website that first send your email address to our own server endpoint (/api/subscribe); only from there is it forwarded to MailerLite.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). Consent can be withdrawn at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.

Double opt-in: We use the double opt-in procedure. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email and will only be added to our mailing list after clicking the confirmation link.
